Please note:
- Products returned for repair do not need prior authorization.
- Plainly mark the outside carton "Customer Repair".
- Please be sure to include your full return address, a contact person and daytime phone number.
- Provide written instructions inside the carton with a complete description of service required.
- Items will be repaired and returned to you as quickly as possible.
- Estimates are provided upon request.
- We reserve the right to refuse products that are beyond repair and should be replaced.
